Imagine my shock and disgust,  when I saw locally,  baby marmosets. 

Thinking this is illegal, I emailed the rspca,. They In turn looked it up, and were equally shocked. There is currently no law, and no licence needed for this beautiful and exotic animal. 

However there is currently a bill being put through parliament. 

But how long will it take ? Also despite me reporting to fb.... nothing has been done.
