Congress is preparing to sell off more than 33 million acres of public land. These are spaces we hike, ski, and breathe on everyday.

We, the people, oppose the mandatory disposal of Bureau of Land Management and Forest Service lands included in Section ll0301 of the 2025 Senate spending package.

These lands belong to all of us. We demand:

A public hearing before any sale of federal public land

Immediate removal of Section ll0301 from the bill

Full transparency on future public land transfers
