The Daily Mail has published a story today about an Islamic Clerk who is allegedly in advanced negotiations to buy the picturesque wildlife sanctuary of Torsa and turn it into an “Islamic State”.  Kuwaiti born Sheikh Yasser al Habib has been broadcasting a video on his own channel, trying to raise £3.5 million to buy the Scottish Island situated on the west coast of Scotland and build it’s own school, hospital and mosque on the island where he intends to practice Sharia Law (or a legal equivalent) He is going to petition the government to allow Muslims from all over the world with visas to live in their new homeland. 

Al Habib already runs “para military” style camps and has a compound in Buckinghamshire, according to the article. 

Torsa is a wildlife sanctuary and should remain so.
