• "I'm writing this because this is something I care about deeply and it won't happen without the support of people like you. Starting a petition isn't something I would normally do, but I was moved to do so because, On Tuesday, November 15th, I lost my nephew to gun violence. His life was cut short, his life was taken. Trying to buy a puff bar, those nicotine vapes. Instead the other kids had robbery on their minds. My nephew tried to run away and these kids decided to go after him. These babies are getting hurt over these puff bars. He wasn't a bad kid. Kids experiment, growing up our experiments were with cigarettes. Now the new fad are these puff bars. They look appealing to children and it doesn't help they make them flavored, furthermore making them appealing. But now not only do we need to worry about the fact that they are already unhealthy. Also very dangerous, with the stories we have seen about these things. We need the sale of these to stop. STOP allowing the stores to sell them. This could be my baby, your baby. They are making all of our babies targets. (I am not dismissing the gun violence either, that has to stop as well. That is another battle for another day, the puff bar was the start of the issue, we have to start somewhere. Let's start with ending the sales of these nicotine vapes) Holiday StationStores/Circle K has already ended the sale of flavored puff bars months ago; in all of their stores here due to them being appealing to children. If Holiday can do it, other stores can too!
