Aggiornamento sulla petizioneStop the Sabotage: Demand Housing Justice and Accountability for Probation Failures🆕 Update: Our Fight for Judicial Accountability Faces a Systemic Wall

I recently published a new investigation revealing how the UK’s judicial complaints process—meant to offer redress against misconduct—is structurally designed to protect judges, not victims of injustice.

Under Section 110 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005, the Judicial Appointments and Conduct Ombudsman (JACO) cannot examine the merits of a judge’s decision—no matter how flawed. They can only review “process,” and even that within 28 days, or not at all.

📌 What happened in my case?

My complaint about serious judicial misconduct was lost, ignored, then dismissed.
I was given no remedy, no response to facts, and no re-investigation.
The Ombudsman confirmed he lacked the legal power to do anything more.
This shows that we don’t just need new judges—we need a new system. One that actually holds power to account.
