Stop the Sabotage: Demand Housing Justice and Accountability for Probation Failures

Stop the Sabotage: Demand Housing Justice and Accountability for Probation Failures
The Issue
No one should be made homeless, silenced, or pushed toward failure after serving their sentence.
I, Marius Anton, was released from prison in 2025 after more than four years — only to face continued obstruction from the very systems that are supposed to support reintegration.
Despite a long-standing connection to Richmond, my probation officer referred me to Kingston Council against my wishes and legal limitations.
Since then, I’ve been:
- Denied housing repeatedly
- Strategically displaced
- Ignored when I asked for help
- Pushed toward failure while still under licence supervision
This isn’t a misunderstanding — it’s a pattern. And I am not alone.
That’s why I’m asking you to sign this petition and call on:
- The Probation Service (HMPPS) to investigate and discipline officers who obstruct access to resettlement
- Richmond and Kingston Councils to review mishandled homelessness applications
- The Ministry of Justice to ensure those on licence are supported, not sabotaged
Every signature adds weight. Every voice makes silence harder to maintain.
You could be next. Or your son. Your brother. Your friend.
Support this fight for justice — before it’s your name in the report.
