No one should be made homeless, silenced, or pushed toward failure after serving their sentence.

I, Marius Anton, was released from prison in 2025 after more than four years — only to face continued obstruction from the very systems that are supposed to support reintegration.

Despite a long-standing connection to Richmond, my probation officer referred me to Kingston Council against my wishes and legal limitations.

Since then, I’ve been:

• Denied housing repeatedly
• Strategically displaced
• Ignored when I asked for help
• Pushed toward failure while still under licence supervision

This isn’t a misunderstanding — it’s a pattern. And I am not alone.

That’s why I’m asking you to sign this petition and call on:

• The Probation Service (HMPPS) to investigate and discipline officers who obstruct access to resettlement
• Richmond and Kingston Councils to review mishandled homelessness applications
• The Ministry of Justice to ensure those on licence are supported, not sabotaged
