This week marks a turning point in our shared fight for truth and justice.

On 29 May 2025, I officially submitted my case to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

After years of being denied access to appeals, ignored by UK institutions, and subjected to abuse under a false conviction—I’ve taken my fight beyond the system that failed me.

My application highlights violations of:

• Article 3: Inhuman and degrading treatment
• Article 6: Denial of a fair trial
• Article 8: Interference with family life
• Article 13: No effective remedy
• Article 14: Discrimination

This is no longer just about me. It’s about every person who has been silenced, erased, or crushed under a system that protects itself above all else.
