The appeal has been filed!

The paperwork to appeal this project has been filed! Though there was a LOT of last-minute bureaucratic red tape - good thing we have a great team of civil engineers on our side! - and a mess of fees upwards of $100.

We've picked up the sign from the City and posted it as required (see the picture). We then put together the notification letter for all the nearby businesses, and will be mailing them out this week (the deadline to do so is Sunday, so we have been in a bit of crisis mode to get all this done!).

The appeal will be heard at the Planning Commission meeting on Dec. 11. Please show up if at all possible! And bring friends and neighbors! We need to show the City that the community does NOT want this project.
