On 4 May, 2022, Jim Portner received formal notification from the City of Tucson Planning & Development Services Department (PDSD) that this rezoning application package (proposed 37 units on the NE corner of Tanque Verde and Houghton Roads) was found complete.  This initiates the public process.   PDSD has tentatively scheduled the Zoning Examiner’s public hearing for July 7, 2022.
