Hello Neighbors, 

This petition is to stop the rezoning of the Oceanside Jewish Center located at 2860 Brower Avenue.  Rezoning this for a 59-unit development would be a blight on the neighborhood and would be a complete betrayal of the public trust by our elected officials.  This would further exacerbate a traffic mess that exists at those intersections, would over-populate an area of town, drop property values for so many at the enrichment of a select few and would rip the neighborhood feel of Oceanside apart in favor of an eyesore of a development.  Please pass this around to everyone in town so we can be prepared for the rezoning meeting on January 7th at 10:30 AM.
