On June 12th, we submitted a formal complaint to AWLA's CEO and Head of Animal Control, copied to the Arlington County Board Chair and our state legislators. AWLA's CEO acknowledged receipt and committed to a response by June 26th.
That deadline passed yesterday. No substantive response was received.
We have formally documented AWLA's non-response with all copied parties and have been in contact with local media. This campaign is not slowing down — it is gaining momentum precisely because our community's patience with inaction has limits.
