Congratulations Torontonians! We have over 18,000 signatures!

That's 4,000 MORE than the original petition to get the name changed!

This is an amazing milestone. 

For some it sends the message that we're sick of wasteful spending and misplaced priorities. 

For some it sends the message that we're sick of activists pushing unpopular agendas at City Hall.

For some it sends the message that we won't let history be erased or misrepresented to divide us.

For some it sends the message that we won't abide the city to forgo public consultations on matters that affect us all. 

 For ALL it sends the message that Toronto is against how this was handled from the start - and we won't stand for a repeat in the future.
