In Chino, California, a terrifying monster is about to be set free, a monster who brutally attacked innocent babies, some as young as four years old. This predator lured them in with candy and toys, exploiting their innocence and trust. Now, without having served the full sentence, this child rapist is soon to walk our streets once again. How can we allow this to happen, jeopardizing the safety of our children?

Statistics show that child predators often re-offend. According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, reconviction rates for released sex offenders are significantly high. Allowing this individual to be released not only undermines the justice given to the victims and their families, but it also puts our entire community at risk.

By setting this child rapist free, the legal system sends a dangerous message — that the suffering inflicted on these young, vulnerable children isn't worth holding the offender accountable for the full sentence. This cannot stand.
