A big company, Ranger Power, is moving into our area and quietly gobbling up land to create commercial solar projects.  

These commercial solar projects will jeopardize local wildlife corridors,  create noise and light pollution, jeopardize our property values, create heat islands, and do not follow our local laws or ordinance for the land. 

This project is slowly creeping into place quietly and is going to happen if we do not and together and fight this together.  

The government should not have the right to jeopardize our health and property rights by installing a commercial energy project in a residential area. 

We have public zoning rules that we are all following.   For example I am not allowed to build a garage near my house because of the 140 foot set back from the road.   Ok? 

But Ranger Power can come in and install 10 foot fencing and rows up on rows of solar panels that will impact the ability for me to peacefully abide at my home?  How does that make any sense? 

We are paying taxes and following the rules.  How does it make any sense that our right to peacefully abide in our homes is infringed by a few greedy folks who see a quick buck and do not seem to care about the impact on the neighbors? 

This project should not be sited where there are homes existing.  Please sign this petition to halt this project and send them back to the drawing board.  We have rights.
