It will be at the Rick Gardner Municipal Building 306 E. Colonial Ave. Elizabeth City, NC 27909. We want to make one last strong push to get as many signatures as possible before that meeting. Please share this petition with your friends, family, and neighbors. We are this community. If you believe the city should uphold its own development standards, not build on conservation areas, and certainly not grant rezoning to a developer who owes over $114,000 in taxes dating back to 2023, then sign this petition and even more importantly show up at the City Council meeting. Your presence there is important but if you voice your opinion and experiences during the public comment time, that means so much more. The Council is in place as voted on by us.
