The developer will soon be presenting a second plan for 88 units. Curious as to why a developer put so many units in Rochester? January 16 @ 6 pm- City Planning and City Council are having a work session to learn more about zoning to help them make decision about the master plan and upcoming decisions about Ludlow and some other properties. The public is welcome to attend. The public can comment at the beginning and at the end of the meeting. No Zoom access. In person only.
February 6 @ 7 pm - IMPORTANT - The city planning meeting will have the developers share their updated plan and will open for public comment. They will then decide if they approve the plan. At that time it would need to go to city council for zoning approval.
