Federal Business Centers, Inc have projected plans to construct a 167,085 square feet warehouse and a 9,000 square feet Office Space on Butcher Road & Disbrow Hill Road, Monroe Township.

This proposed development comes with many variance exceptions indicating probable deviations from existing regulations. The project could result in considerable traffic congestion for our peaceful neighborhoods. The associated noise pollution and potential ecological damage are powerful reasons for us as Monroe Township residents to collectively oppose the plan.
