We the residents and your constituents are OPPOSED to the proposed Cell Tower at 17 Poyntz Street Penetanguishene, Ontario and request that the Town Council Vote a motion to instruct the Land Use Authority (our Town Planner) forward a letter of NON concurrence to ISEDC - Innovation Science Economic Development Canada stating that the proposed location is not acceptable. 

I would like to know all the other Locations that Shared Tower considered. Did Shared Tower follow ALL ISEDC protocols that recommend Co Locating on existing Telecommunications Tower that have already been approved and built in locations away from residents.

We, the residents want the Town of Penetanguishene Town Council to Vote and send a motion of direction to the land use authority (Town planner ) to send a NON concurrence letter to ISEDC - Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada stating that the proposed location at 17 Poyntz Street location is not acceptable for some of the following reasons: 

1) The potential health impact on our residents is too great - the proposed location of the Cell Tower is in the Heart of Penetanguishene, On - in the most populated area of our Town too close to  

3 Schools | 2 Daycare Centre | A Senior Residents and Home for the Special Needs individuals who will be exposed To Radio Frequency radiation Every Day the potential health risks are too Great.

2) St. Ann’s Parish, Penetanguishene at 20 Robert St. W is a beautiful historical building and this cell tower would deface the most magnificent building in our town Built in 1886.  

3) This Cell Tower will be constructed with steel and metal making it a high risk for a lightning strike and the high potential for death or injury from electrocution within 120ft of a lightning Strike. 

4) Shanahan Rd, Owen St, ,Poyntz St. Robert St and Main St are a highly populated area of Penetanguishene and Many Children and Residents pass by the proposed location of the cell Tower exposing them to RF radiation (radio frequency radiation) 

5) 5G technology- RF radiation and EMR electromagnetic microwave radiation is a technology that has not yet been fully investigated for health related impacts on the population. 

6) Many other municipalities and Provinces as well as European Countries have implemented strict regulations on where a Telecommunications Tower can be constructed - Why has the Town of Penetanguishene NOT implemented their own regulations on Telecommunications Tower within our Town?
