THERE IS A TSUNAMI OF DEVELOPERS JUST WAITING TO EXPAND DATA CENTRES IN AUSTRALIA AND IT IS LEGISLATION LIKE THIS THAT REMOVES OUR RIGHTS AS AUSTRALIANS TO SEE THAT DUE DILIGENCE IS CARRIED OUT.

The IPC was put in place to stop this very action by ICAC. Proponents colluding with government and bypassing the IPC &  due process to have projects approved is CORRUPT. 

Because this Bill fundamentally alters the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and community legal rights, it is a prime candidate for a committee inquiry.
