Dear Animal Lovers and just decent people, 

I am creating this petition with the hopes of bringing an end to the posting of staged, fake animal rescue videos on all social media platforms. You've seen them; we have all seen them. But think about this: aren't they just a bit too slick? Don't them seem choreographed? How does a random individual seem to always have the right equipment? It's because they are STAGED. An animal is actually put in harm's way FOR "LIKES" and for the entertainment of humans. 

I consider this activity to be nothing but ANIMAL ABUSE and I urge everyone to sign and share this petition. There are animals, and the large percentage is dogs, that are being "trapped" in ditches or drainage systems, puppies that have "fallen" into creeks or ditches....it's endless. Think about the PRODUCTION of one of these shameless videos the next time you have the misfortune of seeing one on social media.
