Emergency crews just used our vital and proven escape-turn-lane for an emergency on July 30. What will happen next time? The Village tells us "no impact" on emergency response, but is this really the case? 

We need our right-turn-escape-lane for traffic flow and for emergencies. Thankfully, everything was handled quickly, but what happens next time. If emergency vehicles block Prospect Ave to get to the same type of emergency, what will happen to traffic flow if our artery is completely closed off?
