A plaza over our traffic artery violates the Downtown Master Plan for CH. And it also violates the Village's established access and circulation design codes. Since a plaza ignores all carefully laid out and approved plans, why should our current Trustees be forced to vote on such an obviously unsafe, business-draining plan?
