MFG on behalf of texaco garage whitmore way have put in a planning application to demolish the car wash structure and other building works, to install 7 ev charging stations, an electric substation and 2 jet washes. This is in the middle of an highly populated residential area and is going to be open 24 hrs. My concern is the lack of safety and privacy and the anti social behaviour that will ensue.. please help us stop this happening as it will affect all of us. Ev charging stations, if not used properly are dangerous and have a high fire risk and can cause explosions, these type of plans should be kept to area where  there are no houses or businesses and no danger to lives. We have a right to live peacefully in our homes and not allowing big corporate companies to think they can do what they want and we have no say. The petrol station is functioning ok as it is and there is no need for change and causing disruption to our daily lives. Please sign this petition as the more signatures we get the quicker it will get stopped.
