Save The two brewers ~ keep the pub as how we all know and love. 

The two brewers pub is situated on Roman Way N7 and has been a local pub to residents for over 40 years. Not only is it part of a close knit community and a social outlet for many locals, including those in the sheltered housing across the road but is a traditional Arsenal pub which is visited by many home fans on match days. Roman way wouldn’t be the same without the two brewers - the only public house on that road, affordable and with excellent management and staff and a warm friendly atmosphere. 

Plans are in motion to close this gem to enable flats to be built on the site which in reality is taking the heart away from this community- too many traditional pubs have been transformed into Gastro pubs for the middle class drinker, sold to developers to build over priced accommodation and with community projects such as youth clubs, old age pensioners support and groups being reduced, it is another example of socially excluding the working class.
