Tell them that the proposed paved trail in the Minnesota River Valley flood zone is fiscally irresponsible and potentially dangerous to the fragile environment down there. The City of Bloomington will be voting on their Minnesota River Valley Strategic Plan (MRVSP) and is looking for your input. Come and be speak your peace.
