To recap the Bloomington Minnesota River Vally Master Plan Open House last Wednesday.... We were happy with the turnout. Those that showed and participated in the system did a fantastic job of having their voice heard. One missing component of this event was the DNR....the body actually proposing to build the trail. They were invited and chose not to participate. What exactly were they avoiding? Do they fear public input? Lots of questions. The effort moves on. This is far from over. We will continue to ask and need of your support. We cannot do this alone. Many voices must join together to overcome politics as usual. Save the River Bottoms!!
