This issue needs to be given full hearings by lawmakers and should not be passed without due process. A petition with 3,175 signatures, Facebook Page, DNR surveys, and City of Bloomington surveys prove that this trail plan must be given due process as the citizens and taxpayers of Minnesota expect.
