Whereas: Energy Transfer/Sunoco has a pipeline that runs through the Mt. Eyre neighborhood and other neighborhoods in this townsship and a leak of  jet fuel and possible other contaminates has been positively detected

Whereas: our neighborhood and our surrounding neighborhoods all have wells and septic systems which now face contamination from this and/or leaks.

Whereas: Energy Transfer/Sunoco has stated that the amount of the leak, the size of the leak and the spread of the contamination in wells and the soil is an ongoing investigation.

Therefore: We the undersigned are demanding for our immediate health and safety, that the Pipeline be shut off until all the investigations regarding leakage and contamination have concluded and have been remediated.
