75-Days into a hunger strike in protest of persecution by the NH DOJ, US DOJ, and the UK Home Office!

My wife and I started a business in 1996, penny less, and have built and run a successful enterprise! We attempted to diversify our business and build a future for our kids; in the process, we faced modern-day apartheid rules. To prevent others from going through what our family has gone through, I am ready to accept martyrdom today for my grandchildren and the future generation to receive equal justice!

Due to the lack of transparency, our entire family has been persecuted, for more than 14 years! Across the Atlantic, a group of officials allegedly have conspired in cover-up lists of oppressive abuse of power and overt systemic racism; we encountered a deliberately fabricated disaster thus of the New Hampshire DOJ, US DOJ, and the UK Home Office transgression.

The entire family has been facing chaos, without hope of getting constitutionally guaranteed Civil Rights, Property Rights, and Religious Rights! Our investment has vanished, crippled legally and our dream of the American dream shattered. As a law-abiding family, we trusted the authorities and had hoped they would honor the pledges of oath to protect and serve, but we were wrong.

It appears the norm in the US and the UK where the toxic administrator interests are above the laws, and the aggrieved black family is displaced and threatened for defending legal rights. We are productive citizens of the USA; thus, of political cover-ups, facing injustice. The public officials who swore to uphold the laws failed to honor legal obligation and responsibility, acting like a Mafia. What is the purpose of law when the authorities disregard the legal rights of citizens?

The gap between realities on the ground on how policies govern is huge; black families such as ours are subject to bias and barbaric laws. Our rights are being abused, abandoned, and neglected by an oppressive bureaucrat and repugnant to diversity, a classic example of modern-day fascism.

We are told: “no one is above the laws.” In the view of some of the officials, the legal rights of black families appear irrelevant; when lawless officials violate fundamental human rights and engage in massive corruption, what is the role of the government? How can we claim equal citizens, safe and free?

An administration with extremely biased governance creates conflicts between civil society and the administrators. Consequently, they are eroding the trust in a row of the government. Who will trust the administrations in the execution of biased laws?

For more than fourteen years, we have followed the law every step of the way defending fundamental human rights. Our struggle for justice is worse today; I wish to receive a dignified due process needless to say I have been seeking justice in the wrong places. Currently, I am in a horrible situation, unable to resume decent life and fair access to living conditions and be free.

I am living in substandard conditions, without sufficient residence, unable to work, and away from my family. All I have been asking for is lawfully permitted fundamental human rights; it has been impossible to receive due process in the so-called first nation.

My dream of the American dream has been dead. Unable to dream any longer because I am not allowed to sleep, exist and survive with dignity. Being a Black Muslim appears the crimes in the USA and the UK. I am repeatedly suffering hardships, trapped in an appalling condition. The enormous abuse of power, conspiracy, political cover-up, and the denial of fundamental human rights reduced my rights to livestock animals.

The root cause of our hardship has been bigotry, thus the toxic administration of New Hampshire state authority and other wicked officials. The office of formal NH Governor Hassan, NH DOJ, and NHS PD is shameful, disgraceful, unpatriotic, and appalling cowards; they failed to uphold the legal obligation of a taxpayer state resident to protect personal and political interests. Time and time again, the authorities demonstrated indifference to the rule of laws; they have squandered our legal rights without fear of accountability. Their actions prove above the law!

The US DOJ’s failure to protect the Civil Rights of law-abiding; the inability to stand up for the rule of law against bigoted and lawless state authority is dangerous for democracy. Absent checks and balances, state authorities will oppress the civil rights of minority families as they have done with our family. What was the reason DOJ’s failure to investigate the alleged above violations? The issue remains whether we are equal citizens according to the US Constitution.

The UK Home Office has failed to honor the UN Convention and EU HRC asylum seeker human rights protection; their action is gravely dangerous to human rights protection. They act above the law when denying me due process to pursue legal rights; how possible is it for justice to serve? The Home Office has been dodging and oppressing the release of my documents; does the question remain whether my right, protection according to the UN HC, EU HRC, and UK laws matters?

The Home Office may attempt to avoid responsibility by playing dilatory tactics to cover up alleged frauds and criminal violations of human rights. Suffices to say, I am feeling hopeless while waiting for responsible authorities to serve the interest of the law; their conduct appears inconsistent with the law, therefore, bears full responsibility for failure to comply with the law.

I have been oppressed and treated as a second-class citizen and criminal; I fear for my safety and freedom; I have a well-founded fear of malicious intent and possibly being arrested by the Home Office to cover up the abuses. And to avoid accountability for egregious human rights violations, I fear being deported without due process; I do not foresee any hopes for justice. I will die than face deportation into the hands of my persecutors.

As I have a death sentence, I may not live to see justice. With a short time left to live, I intend to defend my legal rights until the last minute of my soul! Neither the fear of death nor threats or humiliation will prevent me from seeking justice. I welcome martyrdom rather than surrendering to the slavery of the “Western” fraudulent justice system!

Liberty without justice is slavery, I hope my struggle and steadfastness will elevate the integrity of justice and bring victory to all victims of persecution and conspiracy! Moreover, I hope my grandchildren and future generations will receive equal justice. The US DOJ, NH DOJ, and the UK Home Office bear full responsibility upon my death for failing to uphold and execute the US Constitution, EU HR, and Universal Human Rights law.

Liberty in the absence of justice is slavery! Negash abdelkader
