Clayton Co Ac has not been contacted by the Dept of Ag to reverse the clarification yesterday. We have dogs that are waiting and will die waiting if something does not change. Here is an email a rescuer just received. This is why a clear, written and published policy change must happen. We would love to get these two out, but we must follow the procedures set by the Dept. of Agriculture. Only the license holder of the rescue group or a corporate officer approved by the Secretary of State can pull an animal under the rescue license provided.
