Oct 7, 2015 — UPDATE: Almost 14,000 people in less than 18 hours. Please keep pushing. Some animal controls were called and told they could allow transporters to transport and some are reporting they are being told the "clarification" stands. Sadly we have many that will not make it out. We have to push for a written and published change to this clarification/policy or we will keep fighting this over and over.
