The Greyhound Racing Ban in NSW does not follow any due process and is allegedly based on a report which is loaded with lies and inaccuracies.  Giving this victory to Animal Rights Groups based on fabricated figures and the concept of social licence sets a dangerous precedent for all other animal based Industries including farming, all horse sports and zoos.

It is not democratic for the government to remove an Industry, resulting in the destruction of livelihoods, investment and lives and legislate that there will be no compensation payable to those affected.

If the Banning of Greyhound Racing bill is passed by the lower house parliamentarians we believe NSW has become a state without due process where law abiding citizens from any Industry can have their livlihood removed without compensation. We shall NEVER again enable this form of Government to continue by voting for the Liberal / National Coalition.
