We were informed that their doors have been open for 2 weeks now. There is no permit posted in the store. They are not currently on the list of licensed animal distributors or pet shops per the Kansas Department of Agriculture’s website, but it’s possible it has not been updated. This is their 8th location. 

Per KANSAS PET ANIMAL ACT a signed license by the commissioner must be given for animal distribution & pet shop operations.
