Instead they have taken “advice” ignored it and then started to erect nest pods on the South side of the building.

Completely the wrong location, totally unsuitable for a number of reasons and have clearly been put up to try to placate us!!  They already have contractors on the site, so they are using them and paying lip service to a solution. 
The fight goes on!!!
