Please take the time to review this case of neglect. There are many horses being left unfed at sufficient consumption rates for sustanability. Some are foundered. Some are pregnant. Jeff Cornelius has been in trouble with many types of litigation, and yet still has possession of starving pregnant mares. This case has truly reached a point of an emergency, as over the many years Mr. Cornelius has attempted to get back on his feet, his personal situation seems to continue to worsen and the animals are taking a toll.  Mr. Cornelius needs help and so do his horses.
