I have found the naturists contacting me very empowering, with many telling me - 'being naked in this way (ie the NBR)' does not feel safe or empowering. It is not why they chose to express themselves this way - with some saying they find the NBR offensive and at times an agressive way of expressing yourself and also not reflective of why they chose to be in touch with their bodies. 

From what I have been led to believe, naturists prefer a calm and private space where they can embrace nature in a way that is uplifting and tranquil.
