We the Residents, are against the use of TRO's being regularly used by the Council to further increase parking charges while not  listening to residents views on likely congestion created by the Councils Actions.  We would also request that no alterations in charges be made to repay loans already taken by the Council.  This action by the Council is considered by us as undemocratic and undermines the transparency of the Councils Actions.
