The killing of innocent street dogs by the government officials using poison has become a repeatedly done act across the country. This is so heartbreaking and disturbing to some of us who care about the dogs lives. These dogs are not dangerous as they say, these dogs they kill cause no harm to anybody in the community. Dogs are like humans, whereby whenever someone is provoked up to his/ her breaking point we tend to lose it and we do become aggressive. So the dogs also have feelings like we do.  Mostly the people who are said to be attacked by the dogs are the same people who think that dogs are just like materials that don’t have life, feeling and don’t feel pain. These are the same people who do find a dog walking on the street causing no harm to anyone and they start throwing stones at the dog just for fun, not  thinking twice that the dogs they’re mistreating and offending has a family too, a mother, father, sister and a brother. Foremost they have got feelings, they do lose it too when offended.

The dogs lives are at stake, they’re being given poison to die. Yet they do also want to live, to have a life. And this all is taken away by humans who have never cared about their lives. They do pass through a painful death �. Dogs are so loving creatures that do show a lot of love to people who do care about them. I say all this because I stay with dogs and take care of them so they have given me only beautiful memories. So I wouldn’t want all this to fade away.

The time is now where we have to do all we can to make these barbaric acts end because the killing of the dogs is done regularly and it won’t stop if we don’t stand against it. They don’t have to be killed, they don’t deserve to be killed, it shouldn’t be like this because they’re our best friends. I can’t imagine leaving in a country without dogs.
