SUMMARY OF MAY 6TH SPECIAL MEETING

The Board listened to people’s comments and  has  approx. 180 days (until November 2, 2026) to pass an amendment to the Township’s data center ordinance.

They repeated that PA – unlike other states (like New Jersey) cannot ban uses (Data Centers) entirely, due to how the PA laws are written.  Although we know other townships have fought them and kept them out. 

There are currently no new meetings scheduled. We can only hope they do right by the people.
