The horses is the maidan are in a deplorable condition. They don't have adequate food , water or stables. There is absolutely no infrastructure. Even their ownership is questionable. They are made to work endlessly till they drop dead. Please sign this petition to stop this arltrocity. Thee carriages can easily be made electric. This form of entertainment cannot be a the cost of lives of the voiceless. Please let's come together to make Kolkata a more compassionate place.
