For years, Concordia Parish School Board has held an ongoing lawsuit against Delta Charter Group. Members of the board are choosing to keep this lawsuit open to “police DCG”. In reality, there is a bitterness over funding loss amongst the School Board. This lawsuit is denying families the right to send their children to the public school of their choosing for a better educational environment and learning opportunities. This petition is to move for the disbandment of the lawsuit. This is costing MONEY that US TAXPAYERS OF CONCORDIA PARISH are funding!!!!
