The change that the high kill San Antonio Animal Services (under Shannon Sims as director) made recently saying they would publish the EU (kill) list 5 pm the day before has not proved very beneficial: it is often late and dogs have missing notes so they can’t be publicized. The ladies in the chat on Instagram are organizing questions and statements for a community meeting with San Antonio Animal Services on 18th January. Sims will be there.
