Shelter Animal Rescue Act  - Allows Rescues to Save Animals to be Killed  //  Can help end the killing of Adoptable Treatable Animals in NY Shelters  

Call/ Email your Senator and or Assembly Person and request them to PLEASE  co-sponsor S7911 SARA (Shelter Animal Rescue Act).
