Hello neighbors-
It is hard to believe we launched this petition 2 months ago! As we get closer to City Council making a decision, it is very important for your opinion to be taken into account - beyond just signing a petition.
While this survey is geared towards neighbors, other stakeholders can fill it out - especially if you are a business owner or worker in the neighborhood - but also as a concerned citizen. We have several people who are invested in this outcome as they understand what a live music venue can mean for a neighborhood. Your opinions matter here too!
The first few questions are the most important and would take about 3 minutes - but if you would like to give more input, the entire survey will take 8-12 minutes. All household members are welcome to fill it out and all opinions are welcome.
If you fill it out, screenshot your "Survey Completed" page and email it to toijeancarter@gmail.com. You will included in a raffle for a Freret Street restaurant.

Community Meeting: Wednesday, April 29th @ 6pm-7:30pm @ Samuel Green 2319 Valence Street
Purpose: Get to know your neighbor and get updates on survey results and live music venue + start to understand what re-activating Neighbors United would look like.
City Council Meeting: Thursday, May 7th @ 10am @ City Hall
Purpose: This Ordinance Change for the Live Music Venue is currently scheduled to be voted on at the May 7th City Council Meeting.
