Great News Everyone, 

The town of Ajax has changed their plans to instal Shared facilities instead which is a great compromise. These paintings on the ground will not impact parking nor change much within the community allowing both cars and bikes to share the road.
The benefits to this is if there are any people in support of the bike lanes still get to enjoy them without it taking away vital street parking. Both vehicles and cyclists will have to share the road. 
Paintings will be installed in May or June of 2024. 

Thank You everyone for your support with this and for all the signatures that came in, calls and emails to the town.
