Stop the Hyperscale Data Center Rezoning in Stokes County

Stokes County is facing one of the most important land-use decisions in its history.

A proposed hyperscale data center would permanently transform rural land into an industrial-scale development with significant impacts on our community, natural resources, infrastructure, and quality of life.

This is not a vote on technology. It is a vote on whether this project belongs in this location.

Many of us chose Stokes County because of its farms, forests, rivers, open spaces, and rural character. We invested our savings, built homes, started businesses, and raised families here because of what this community is today.

Once land is rezoned and developed, there is no going back.

We respectfully ask the Stokes County Board of Commissioners to deny the proposed rezoning request and protect the rights of existing residents, property owners, and future generations.

The developers will move on to their next project.

The people of Stokes County will live with this decision forever.
