Every year, seals are hunted in many countries. Extremely brutally. In Canada, they are hunted in Newfoundland, mainly for their fur, and sometimes for their oil. NONE of these reasons are valid reasons for killing thousands of seals. 

They are killed using not only just guns, but are also violently clubbed to death until their skull gets crushed. They do not even get a chance to understand that they are about to die until it is too late. When they do realize it, they don't have enough time to run away. 

Even though their is a limit to the number of seals that are killed, it is very high. I am saying high as in 400,000. This is very bad because we don't HAVE to have seal fur. What's wrong in using artificial fur? Nothing is. 

Seals, such cute little animals, do not deserve this horrible, cruel and evil treatment. This is one of the representation of how humans are destroying the world.
