Live Hearing- Stop the Harford Road Overlay (Council Bill 25-0093)

My name is Grace with the Change.org Civic Engagement Team. Congratulations on the momentum you are building on the topic of stopping the Harford Road Overlay (Council Bill 25-0093). Having 321 people come together to advocate is a big milestone.
