Hi all,

as you well know the government today is meeting to discuss and create a plan to BAN Bully XL a possible all Terrier and other breeds on the restricted list. While we understand that with the recent shocking events in Limerick somethink needs to be done we don’t believe that the banning of specific breed is the way to go ahead. We ALL responsible dog owners don’t want to pay the higher price for a bunch of irresponsible that has given some breed a bad reputation.

We believe that with a banning in place these breeds will end up in people hands that will ruin there reputation even further.

We believe that instead of banning specific breeds authorities should start firstly clamping  down on illegal poppy farms. Second a proper license system put in place with  attidutinal test, mandatory training courses, vetting, age restrictions risen to 25+ for all the people who wish to own specific dog breeds.
If you think like me sign this petition and let’s save our beloved dogs!!
