Stop the GIANT WAREHOUSE DEVELOPMENT at M6 Jct13, Dunston. Save our Countryside.

The Issue

Help save our countryside from becoming a concrete jungle. A big corporate investment company has plans to build an industrial complex on a large plot of land that is currently stunning grade 2 farmland with a public footpath and bridleway.

Help protect local wildlife by signing our petition, many animals like newts, birds, bats, hedgehogs and insects will be displaced from their homes if this development goes ahead. They may give promises of making new habitats but the sound, light and air pollution will stop them from settling nearby at all. Several of the birds are on the RSPB red-list for endangered species.

Our small village is soon to be swamped by warehouses and corporate offices if we don't act now! All signatures and comments must be in by Monday 1st April.

Go to our Facebook page for any more info and other ways to help. We will be making posts about local meetings and other important updates.

You can also voice your opinions on the south Staffordshire Council Website planning portal and use this planning reference 23/01080/OUTMEI to make any comments that you would like about this development.

Our next local meeting is Tuesday 19th March at Dunston Village Hall at 19:30pm.
